Tuaran Mee | super eggy noodles from Sabah (ingredient list provided)

Believe it or not, you can't really get this strong eggy flavours from any noodles over in Peninsular Malaysia. It's only available from Sabah. Tuaran Mee (for 2 servings)
Ingredients:
2 Tuaran noodles (use medium high heat to deep fry)
2 chicken eggs
Some roast pork or cha siew
Some choy sum (vegetables)
Some fried fish cake
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced shallot
Enough amount of chicken stock/pork broth

Seasoning:
A little bit of oyster sauce
A little bit of light soya sauce
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few dashes of white pepper
A little bit of garlic oil/sesame oil
