Color order is KEY:
Purplish Blue or Indigo (whatever works for you)
Emerald Green
Ice Blue
White

Each color can be imagined showering in, clouding in or spiraling in. It's up to you to operate your vessel. When calling in SEVEN TIMES, you're working with Infinite Divine forces of the Cosmos, and the Divine Creator's perfect essence!

I like guiding my hands from my head down to my lower torso. If you are new to this practice, this practice can help you begin sensing the energy both within and around you.

🌈Practice this while meditating, and you just might begin to see the colors!

There are many ways to perform this. Just remember to keep the rhythm of the colors in the order they are called. You are the instrument!

If you can't imagine the colors, no worries—you don't need to. Just read the script according to the order, and you can't go wrong. I use a purplish-blue color rather than indigo because this is what I visualize during meditation.
