Just a quick and dirty check in, whilst in the middle of recording our Espar D2 modification videos, I tried to tackle our failing clutch pedal by having hard stops welded to the steel components.
After well over 300,000 kilometers on this pedal, the bushings have started to fail and disintegrate and the rod is no longer retained by the master cylinder. The pedal comes up to the dashboard when released. And the original pedal assembly has no mechanical hard stop on the up stroke and so we ended up needing to fabricobble our own.
