Here's an uplifting story on how I survived a 30 day solitary confinement in jail at age 16. I'm proud of myself for advocating for myself when I was a teenager. All the odds were against me.

I still use art today to process, meditate and capture beauty around me. I've worked with teens my entire life helping them overcome difficult homelifes and find their way to wholeness. Art helps to communicate what is often hard to express with words.
