In this video I am checking out the new Blackstar Amplification Debut 50R. The Debut 50R is the newest amp in the Blackstar Debut line. In 2020 the line was launched with Debut 10 and Debut 15 practise amps. The Debut 50R is the newest in that line and aims to take you from the bedroom to the stage.

This amp is a 50w, 1x12 combo that is loud enough to fit into a band mix but also has a switchable 5w mode for quiet, bedroom practise.

The amp has two channels, a clean and an overdrive, with a shared 3 band EQ and Blackstar's patented ISF Feature. The amp also has built in reverb with Plate and Hall modes available.

In the video I am playing my Valiant Guitars Jupiter plugged directly into the Blackstar Debut 50R. The amp is mic'd with a Lewitt Audio LCT440 Condenser microphone.
