Shihaku is the thirteenth kata technique from the Koto Ryu Shoden gata. This footage was recorded from the Camp Koppo 3-day training workshop featuring Sean Askew with translations, insight, and commentary of Koto Ryu Koppojutsu available for viewing. Koto Ryu is one of the ryuha incorporated in the martial art of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Katas are performed at a slow pace for safety and instructional purposes.
