THE RENEGADES Revisited - original GREAT batterist GRAHAM JOHNSON in drums & Pekka Tiilikainen and the Beatmakers. In addition to the Guest Star GRAHAM ❤️🥁 and visiting solo guitarist Juho "KIHARA" Pitkänen. Here in CADILLAC in DRUMS GRAHAM MOCK JOHNSON, R.I.P. 🙏, this concert remained his last Renegade show as he passed away in the spring 2025 after a short struggle with a cancer. -- All the other musicians here are Finnish, and they wished to honor in this 'revisited concert' the memory of - the originally British band from Birminham - the Renegades, who was adopted by the Finns and the first rock band evert to turn the world of the Finnish teen-agers upside down. Here, in another solo guitar Eki Sutela, who was close friend of the original deceased Renegade vocalist Kim Brown. In bass Jori Venemies, vocals and in solo guitar Juho Kihara Pitkänen, rhytm guitar Pekka Tiilikainen, percussion J-P Harju Presented on Aug 31, 2024 at KINO LAIKA, Karkkila, Finland. The Renegades music belongs clisely also to Aki Kaurismäki's movie athmosphere and thus Kino Laika was a perfect choise with its excellent acustics for the last Renenegade-revisuted concert.
