East dam in High Island Reservoir in Hong Kong's Global Geopark has some spectacular man made and natural scenery.
A great location for taking those perfect photos, videos and drone shots.

USEFUL INFO

1. DAY TOUR
If you want to do the half day tour we did (although Cantonese speaking only it has guaranteed drop off and pick up) you can either:

a. Buy the ticket online at least 3 days before via this link

b. Turn up on the day to the Volcano Discovery Centre (opens 9am) to buy the ticket. Will only allow those first in to buy tickets. Note it is usually less busy in the morning.

2. CATCHING THE BUS
If you want to catch the bus you can catch the 96R from Sai Kung to Pak Cham Tung then walk and catch the 9A bus to east dam.

3. ENTRY TO THE DAM
Entry to the Dam is FREE! You only need to pay if you go on a tour.
