Nickel Plate Road 779: Last Steam Locomotive Built by Lima Locomotive Works

More Railfanning! So on our way back from Toledo we stopped in Lima, to see the last Steam Locomotive Built by Lima Locomotive Works, the Nickel Plate Road Berkshire S-3 Class Locomotive the 779!

So after going the National Great Lakes Museum we were heading South, and Set had read up about this a few weeks before our trip. And Seeing how we were all Railfans, we decided it would be cool to see the last Steam Locomotive Built by Lima. There is something about seeing this locomotive in person knowing it was the last steam locomotive built by Lima which makes it impressive to see in person. Other then a few things, and a good paint job needed the locomotive is in great condition!
