How to fix a Nissan P1778 Code: Step Motor Function
A P1778 code is an issue with the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) transmission. A 1778 code is set when there is a problem with the stepping motor function or its circuit. Symptoms of a P1778 code is usually slow acceleration or transmission shifting problem.
