Welcome to the July 2025 construction update of The Pearl by Auro Realty.

We are thrilled to take you through the latest progress on this ultra-luxury high-rise residential project located in HITEC City. The Pearl stands as a symbol of elegance and grandeur, offering 414 single-floor sky mansions in spacious 5,300 and 5,400 sq ft configurations, setting a new standard for premium living in Hyderabad.

In Phase 1, major milestones have been achieved. Structural works are now fully completed for The Stellar, The Wellfleet, The Pelican, and The Belon towers. Terrace waterproofing is done across all four towers, and in the Non-Tower Area, precast slab erection works are 98% complete. The East and South side retaining walls are both at 90% completion. Basement development is progressing steadily, with vacuum dewatered flooring in the 1st and 2nd levels at 95%, while the 3rd level stands at 25%. Grade slab works on the 3rd basement are 50% complete. Ceiling painting in basements and non-tower areas has reached 65% completion, and firefighting works are now at 50%. Structural works for Entry Portal 01 are advancing well, and work on the East side compound wall has also begun. The Clubhouse has reached up to the 3rd-floor slab, with terrace-level work underway, and the dome construction has now commenced.

Phase 2 of the project is moving ahead at a fast pace. The Duxbury Tower has reached the 15th floor, while the Ostrea Tower has progressed to the 16th floor. The Westport Tower has completed structural work up to the 2nd floor. Excavation works for the Sewage Treatment Plant have started, and the proposed 100 ft. approach road connecting directly to the main entrance of The Pearl has been fully completed. As a special highlight, a fully furnished model flat is now ready for viewing at the Belon Tower on the 4th floor, offering a true glimpse into the luxury lifestyle that awaits you.
