In this first of two sessions, I’ll show you how to set up your iPad to use Procreate and SketchUp together to develop elevation variations (or any other aspect of design) more quickly than you could with SketchUp alone—without losing precision.

SketchUp keeps us grounded in real-world dimensions, but it can also feel rigid and limiting. That’s where Procreate comes in, allowing for a looser, more intuitive workflow that helps us explore freely, refine our designs, and communicate ideas to clients more effectively.

This is not about choosing between hand drawing and digital tools—it’s about bringing hand drawing into the 21st century and integrating it into a fast, efficient, real-world design process.

By the end of this session, you’ll see how these two tools complement each other perfectly—giving you the best of both worlds: precision where you need it, creativity where you want it.
