Ten years after Super Typhoon Haiyan (known locally as Yolanda) devastated the Philippines, the people of Eastern Samar have learned to get back on their feet. And now, communities in the region are stronger and more well-equipped than ever, thanks to community spirit, collaboration, and the empowerment of its people to utilize local, renewable, community-managed energy.
“Mga Kwento ng Pagbangon: 10 Taon Mula Yolanda” is a documentary series featuring stories of courage, resilience, and hope from the residents, experts, and communities of Eastern Visayas.
