For this lesson I have chosen an old beautiful ballad. Rather than bending strings the most important thing here is the melody.
I start playing the melody (as I hear it) on the first 8 bars, and then I make a melodic solo playing over and through the chords.
Try to play the melody with or without your pic, if you play with the thumb as I do, you get a beautiful soft sound from the guitar.
On the B section that is very bluesy I prefer to use the pick, as there are some faster notes there.
