Looking for an apartment can be tough.. especially in SF. I was looking for an apartment for rent in SF with a budget of $2000 per month and it was really hard to find anything nice. When I did find something nice it was already gone and taken by someone else. Then COVID-19 came along and changed everything. So many people were moving out of SF to work from home and suddenly available apartments for rent hit an all-time high in the city and made it ridiculously easy to find a place to stay out here. My Apartment costs $2300 per month and it's amazing I love it here and am honestly so surprised I found this apartment for only $2300 per month.
Aside from the now affordable rent, the city is mostly shut down it is not nearly as lively as it once was but to live in the city and be focused on chasing your dream it so worth it for me. If you're looking for something to do during the pandemic in the city I've learned that there are a ton of things to do in the outdoors. I wasn't aware of all the trails and parks of the city until everything else was shut down.
