Known for iconic tracks like Love in C Minor and Supernature, Cerrone helped define the sound of the 70s and 80s, blending symphonic orchestration with electronic beats. His innovative approach earned him six awards at the 1978 Billboard Disco Forum, including Disco Artist of the Year, and cemented his place as a legend in the genre. With over 30 million albums sold worldwide, including eight million copies of Supernature alone, Cerrone’s influence on dance music is undeniable. Whether behind the drums or in the studio, his music continues to inspire new generations of fans across the globe.
