之前有小伙伴说坚果、牛奶、大豆都过敏,所以吃了上次的燕麦奶,我又拍摄了几款不用坚果和大豆的植物奶,让大家有更多选择。
Some friends are allergic to nuts, milk, and soybeans , so I managed to make 3 types of non-dairy milk which do not involve nuts and soybeans.
糙米浆/Brown Rice Milk:
糙米 (蒸熟) ⅓杯 Cooked Brown Rice 1/3 Cup
椰枣 一个 One Date
香草精华 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
水 一杯(250ml) Water 1 Cup (250ml)
TIPS:
1.糙米浆我真的强烈推荐,有着淡淡的谷物香气,给你个小窍门,我平时会加小部分浸泡后的腰果一起打,味道立马又上升一个档次,所以如果你坚果不过敏强烈建议可以加一些
Brown rice has a slight grain aroma. I usually add a small portion of soaked cashews when blending, which will bring this delicious beverage to the next level, so if you are not allergic to nuts, I strongly recommend to add some cashews
2.这是我觉得吃糙米最方便美味的方式,平时我们容易忽视摄取粗粮,用来煮饭不易煮软,口感很多人不是很能接受,所以用来做糙米浆真的很方便,既美味又好吸收,糙米蒸好很多冷冻可以随时取用。
This is the most convenient and delicious way to consume brown rice. Brown rice itself doesn't taste good. It might be hard for many people to get used to the texture, so making it into non-dairy beverage is a brilliant way to consume brown rice and its goodness.
火麻仁奶/Hemp Milk:
脱皮火麻仁 三大匙 3 Tbsp of hemp hearts(peeled hemp seeds)
水 300ml Water
椰枣 一个 one Date
TIPS:
1.火麻仁奶可能很多人不知道,它是国外火起来的超级食物,蛋白质非常丰富,每3茶匙的火麻仁就含有11克蛋白质,其营养极易被人体消化吸收,最主要是它富含素食者容易缺乏的欧米茄-3脂肪酸。 Hemp seed milk may not be known to many people. It is a super food that has been very popular lately in the US. It is rich in protein and every 3 teaspoons of hemp seed contains 11 grams of protein. Its nutrition is easily digested and absorbed by the human body. It is rich in omega-3, which is good for health.
2.火麻仁可以生打就可以食用,但是有股味我不是很能接受,偶然间发现将它煮熟后再搅打那个味就消失了,并且变得非常美味,从此就爱上了它。Hemp seeds can be eaten raw, but it has an odd smell that I don’t like. I accidentally discovered that the smell disappeared after it being cooked, and it became very delicious, and I fell in love with it ever since.
椰子奶/Coconut milk:
椰子肉 150g 150g Coconut meat
水 400ml Water
椰枣 一个 One Date
TIPS:
1.椰子奶可能做起来有点麻烦,但我很喜欢吃椰子汁,正好也可以顺便利用椰子肉打一杯天然椰奶,无添加的更健康
Coconut milk may be a little troublesome to make, but I like to drink coconut water. It just so happens that coconut meat can be used to make a cup of natural coconut milk, which is healthier without additives.
2.我觉得椰奶单独食用会有点腻,建议可以加一些水果打成smoothie,或者搭配其他食材使用
I think coconut milk is a little bit greasy when consumed by itself. It is recommended to add some fruits to make a smoothie, or use it when cooking.
