why toki pona prepositions are bad

mi la, prepositions in toki pona are a feature that should not exist. they are not only unnecessary, but also make the sentences they're in harder to parse. this video is my argument for why they shouldn't be in the language, and what to do to avoid using them.
i must stress, this is my opinion meant to spark discussion; i am not calling anyone "wrong" or something for using a language differently than i do.
also, sorry if it sounds like i'm reading off of a script, because i am. this is my first scripted video, because it would be even more incoherent if i didn't script it. let me know if you like scripted videos and if there's anything else you'd like me to talk about!
