During peak hours, adults will pay $4.20 AUD for journeys within 10 kilometers and $5.22 AUD for journeys within 20 kilometers. Off-peak fares are $2.94 AUD and $3.65 AUD, respectively.

The metro line's city section has been integrated into the broader transport network, allowing commuters to choose between Sydney trains, the metro, or a combination of both, depending on their destination.

From one end of the line at Sydenham to the other end at Tallawong, a total journey of 51.5 kilometers, the peak fare for adults is $8.03 AUD, and the off-peak fare is $5.62 AUD.
