Smoked Corn Ribs!
Begin by shucking and slicing your Indiana corn into rib shapes. Then, coat in @meijer True Goodness Organic extra virgin olive oil and season with @RuralKingSupply Texas Style Rub. Toss until evenly coated. On the @Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 smoker, fueled by @tractorsupply Mesquite Lump charcoal, @bearmountainbbq apple wood chunks, and the @BLUETTIOfficial PS54, turn the temperature to 300° F. Place the corn ribs on (cob side down) for 15 minutes, then flip them kernel side down at 400° for 5-10 minutes to char. Flip them back over, then brush them with Fresh Thyme St. Louis Soul BBQ Sauce. Allow the ribs to sit on the smoker for another couple of minutes until the sauce tacks up. Remove from heat, and allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before digging in.
Whoever eats the most gets the most, so dig in!
