After my Brain Injury from my horse back riding accident in 2003 I suffered greatly with not being able to fall asleep at night. And Because sleeping is so very important to our healing and restoration process I started to try and find alternative outlets that did NOT involve taking a drug or drinking that I had sometimes reverted to calm my body down so I could sleep. I then found these ASMR video's out on youtube and my ability to begin to sleep began. However when I would watch them they would do so much tapping, or whispering it would take me out of the moment, I wanted realistic activities or one's that would relax me. So my ASMR video's are with NO TALKING, just the natural sounds that would be associated with each activity. This is what I find relaxing and helpful for my sleep, meditation process. I dedicate all my shows on youtube to helping all of us heal, rehabilitate and get back to the passionate energetic souls we were when we were young.
