In today's video I will be showing you my blow dry and trim routine on my natural hair. Lately I’ve been trimming every 4 months which is about 3 times a year. I realized that trimming every 4 months is my sweet spot and I noticed a big difference with my hair. I get less single strand knots and the split ends has reduced. -How long have you been growing your hair? Since September 9th 2020 which is my big chop date.

-What is your hair type? Low porosity, medium density and type 4 mostly 4b mixed with a little 4a.

-Do you always use heat to deep condition? Yes every week.
