2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup +2 tablespoons (4.2 oz/120 g) rice flour

1 carrot (3.5oz /100g)
2 tablespoons toasted pecan nuts
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons rum raisin
・Cream cheese frosting
