...Another Studio Investigrave game, another video from me. And also ended up becoming my longest video yet, which is funny considering I just released Undertale Part 2 before this, and that was my longest before. But this game has multiple routes, so it doesn't count. But enough about that.

But this time, the folks over at Studio Investigrave have introduced us to a death game with casino theming, which is cool. Death games I do find to be a cool concept. Put a bunch of people in a room together and make them die while following bizarre rules. Fun times to be had by all. Probably.

The game itself feels like an upgrade from previous Investigrave productions. Fully animated sprites for various occasions, completely unique UI, a huge cast with cool design, the works. As always, the art is nice, and I did like the music. Writing was pretty good, too, and did make me giggle at points. (Even if some were because I still have brain damage from Among Us) I'm interested to see how the story progresses, since this is only the first half of Chapter 1. I do like the cast overall, which is good for these types of games.

...Yeah. First half of Chapter 1. It was released like that, but it does seem like we're in for a multiparter, guys. ...I cannot promise commitment, but I'll try my best. But if I do upload more, I will say that depending on length, I might split stuff up into multiple videos per Chapter, due to... well.... this video is lengthy and I would like to be able to take proper breaks if the other chapters are longer. But once again, no promises.

Apologies for any possible choppiness in the footage. I tried actually recording this in a larger resolution than I usually do for MV/MZ games. It didn't seem too bad while I was recording, but I hope if there is any it isn't too distracting.

Perhaps one of the biggest points of intrigue for me is the crimes committed by the cast. Like... It's interesting to see some of these guys and be like, "The hell did you do?" Like, imagine stealing a lollipop that doesn't even cost a buck and then having to be a part of a death game. No one probably did that here, but I am curious, so I hope to see them long enough to know all of their evil little secrets.
