I’ve been embracing my home workout sessions and this new change of pace. Things shift, life happens, roll with it. If you’re staying active, employing mindful movements, moving with purpose, eating for health and well being and sleeping properly, then you’re on the right track. Lets keep crushing it

Workout deets (AMRAP, 45secs on, 15 off. 3-5 rounds, depending how hard you want to go... you might die at 4 rounds. 5 it’s guaranteed! Lol. Jkn. Rest 1-2 mins between rounds)

1. Supermans w plank jacks
2. Hello dollies + straight leg raise + knees to chest
3. Wall handstands (alt initiating leg)
4. Frog pumps w chest squeeze (iso hold. Press palms together, squeezing chest)
5. OH arm hold sumo squat w alt heel raises
6. Star jacks
7. Alternating curtsy skaters w small straight arm circles
8. Jumping lunges w abduction
9. Sumo squats to forward jump to sumo jump forward then reverse
10. Deficit pistols - 45secs set each side (this is easier than a regular pistol squats so you can get more reps. Also use back of chair, etc, for support if needed)
