Let' come along with Eric O. at the SMA shop as he has a look at this 2008 Chrysler Town And Country that came in with a complaint of no power locks and no power windows when operated from the drivers door. This vehicle takes Eric O. on a path that he is not to familiar with and that is diagnosing an Interior CAN ( controller area network ) system.
