Boss is way too easy to get into details about equipment since you can come in with a team.
Just max everyone out and equip Divine Pillar and Soul of Athena on Aigis.

Joker's Rule List
・Using double damage buffs like Charge and Concentration on the first turn = Sinful Shell
・Using Makarakarn and Tetrakarn to Reflect = Sinful Shell

・You can use a Persona that can absorb attacks and elements but don't use them to absorb Joker's attacks because = Sinful Shell

You can use a Persona to nullify Joker's move... but there are exceptions to this rule, so don't go overboard because = Sinful Shell

・On Turn 5 (Anubis), you cannot equip a Persona that can block, repel, or absorb Light or Dark, which is the exception to the previous rule. It's best to switch to a persona that has no endures equipped here and have a Homunculus take the hits. Joker NEVER misses on this turn

・Using Armageddon = Sinful Shell. But, he will only punish this once he gets to his turn, which means you can use it to beat Joker before his turn arrives.

・If Battle goes past 20 turns. Insta-game over
