Step and strength is back with a 40-minute calorie blaster. In this workout, we will alternate between fast, high-energy basic step aerobics and weight training with dumbbells. You are going to love this easy-to-follow, intense routine. We will be using the step in a vertical position today to mix it up.

Grab your step and let's get those feet moving and calories burning!!

We start with a quick warmup followed by 4 minute segments of Easy to Follow Vertical Step Aerobics and 4 minute Segments of Weights.
For reference, I will be using 10lb dumbbells.
