Re-live the magic of the Junior Theatre Festival Europe on Sunday 25th May 2025.
Over the weekend of 24th & 25th May, 64 groups from across the globe and over 2500 young people attended the Junior Theatre Festival Europe at The ICC in Birmingham. Groups took part in adjudications, watched the New Works Showcase, worked hard in workshops and attended the Awards Ceremony.
The New Works Showcase featured previews of 9 to 5 JR (British Theatre Academy) and Disney's Alice in Wonderland JR (Stagecoach Cambridge & Cambourne). Alistair Brammer talked about his career as a musical theatre performer before singing Out There from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The Awards Ceremony featured a special concert from Lucie Jones.
