JH Solutions & Consulting was founded in 2022 by Hannah and Jaime while in the University of Michigan School of Social Work, following nearly seven years of experience in non-profit management. As a women-led and minority-owned (W/MBE certified) consulting firm, they bring a unique blend of expertise in data analysis and visualization, community engagement, and systems-level thinking.
Their mission is to support nonprofits and local leaders in making smarter, more inclusive decisions — using both community voices and hard data — so every program truly meets the needs of the people it serves.
Amanda and Lindsey discuss with Hannah and Jaime the path that led them to founding JH Solutions, obstacles they have faced along the way and what advice they recommend to other women business owners.
