1. What is “self”?
a. Being a true disciple of God requires the daily denial of self.
b. Common attitudes in western society
2. Why surrender?
a. When we fully rely on God’s power, others can see God in us.
b. When we fully rely on God’s wisdom, we can see God’s glory in His world daily.
3. How can we surrender?
a. What can we surrender?
b. A life of surrender is a journey.
c. God will teach us how to and what to surrender to Him… therefore, we need to read the Bible and pray everyday.
