Kunal meets the 4th and 5th generations of the Dorabjee family, who continue to uphold the restaurant’s timeless legacy. He learns about its rich history, the prices from over a century ago, and even chats with one of their oldest customers. In a rare kitchen visit, Kunal witnesses the unveiling of a pot of freshly made Mutton Biryani!
The tasting begins with the iconic Mutton Dhansak, followed by the flavorful Salli Boti, Bheja,Kheema, and the crispy Chicken Farcha, before ending with the aromatic Mutton Biryani. For dessert, Kunal savors the traditional Lagan nu Custard, a perfect sweet ending to a historic feast!
