Jo would tell her younger self that there isn't only one way to progress in occupational therapy. In this conversation, she reflects on the experiences that have led her to independent practice and the importance of a like-minded support network in encouraging growth and confidence to establish and embrace new and unanticipated possibilities.
This is one of a series of vodcasts which really focus on hearing and sharing the career narratives of our diverse workforce and highlight a whole range of possibilities in occupational therapy. It forms part of RCOT and Health Education England (HEE) collaboration to create an Allied Health Professionals (AHP) Workforce Reform to shape the future of the AHP personnel.
