150 ml lukewarm milk
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
400 gr flour
Let the dough rise for 1 hour
100 ml melted butter
For spreading between the dough layers
For the filling: mashed potatoes
For the topping: egg yolk and milk mixture
Sesame seeds
Bake at 180 degrees
