Hiking the amazing Kalalau trail in Kauai, Hawaii, from Ha'ena State Park to Hanakapi'ai Falls. We swam in the falls and waded at Hanakapi'ai beach, and soaked in the stunning views of the Nepali Coast. This hike is only about 8 miles round trip, but can be challenging with several river crossings and rough footing. This first section of the Kalalau trail does not require a permit, but it does require a reservation to Ha'ena State Park. Happy to answer any questions, and thanks for watching!
