In “EXTRA” they experiment with sound colours, dynamic processes, forms and structures using compositions by Evans. The New York trumpeter Evans has already played with Eldh and Christian Lillinger in the quartet Amok Amor. He has also played with Black in various band projects for many years. “EXTRA” is another of his current projects that Evans is presenting this year as “Artist In Residence” at Cologne Jazzweek.
