SEWING A DOEN JUNE BLOUSE - Summer Sewing the perfect breezy peasant style blouse

Hi Friends! In this video I sewed two beautiful blouses based off of the Doen "June" blouse! I own one but like Pokemon, I gotta catch them all! So I decided the best thing to do would be to figure out how to sew this beautiful peasant style blouse myself. In this video I have a everything I did to modify a pattern from Etsy and create my own version of this simple and elegant top. I made two blouses in this video, One in a striped Voile and one in a Indian block print. I'm excited to try a long sleeved version, a dress version, even a tank top at some point (but I think that will all have to wait until we aren't SO very close to Fall.
I modified the "Blouse with Gathers" from SD Patterns on Etsy. I split the sleeve to add about 6" and added 3" to the center back and the center front. I also straightened the side seam to ensure there was no shape to the blouse.
