Suwari waza are a serie of techniques in Aikido performed in Seiza (sitting position). These techniques came from the idea of a Samurai attacking someone that is in Seiza, and the attacker himself is in the same position. You can see this clearly in Iaidō Kata.
Iriminage is one of basic techniques in Aikido when you enter in Uke's circle and throw him/her through putting your arm around Uke's neck.
