The Desert: A Beautiful Escape From Reality

In this video, I share my spontaneous adventure to Joshua Tree National Park, where I woke up at 1:30 AM to witness the sunrise at Cholla Gardens. This trip was a much-needed escape from my routine and a chance to reconnect with myself.
As the sun began to rise, I reflected on the imbalance between work and life in the US and shared my personal story of working at a law firm where I was judged for 'only' working 12 hours a day.
The rough and wild beauty of Joshua Tree, with its bees, snakes, and prickly cacti, mirrored the challenges I faced in my life. But just like the sunrise, this trip brought clarity and healing. On my way back, I talked about the importance of taking care of our souls, seeking therapy, and understanding ourselves so we can pass on a healthier mindset to the next generation.
