كوب عصير مانجو
2كوب حليب
2 معلقه كبيره نشا
2 معلقه كبيره سكر بودر
ربع كوب سمنه
مانجا مكعبات لتزيين
2كوب وسط سكر لشربات
كراميل حسب الرغبه

طريقه تحضير
تفرم الكنافه جيدا حتى تصبح ناعمه يضاف إليه السكر البودر
ويقلب جيدا وبعد ذلك يضاف السمنه وتقلب جيدا حتى تزوب السمنه فى الكنافه وتوضع على صاج وتدخل الفرن متوسط الحراره وتقلب باستمرار حتى تصبح لونها ذهبي.
تجهيز الشربات 2كوب سكر على كوب ماء ونصف ليمونه و فانيليا ويرفع على النار حتى الغليان ويستمر حتى يوصل الى القوام الثقيل . تجهيز الكريمة المانجا أو صوص المانجا عصير مانجو مع ملعقتين نشا مع معلقتين سكر ومع 2كوب حليب ويرفع على النار حتى يصبح قوامها كريمي
نحضر كأس وتوضع فيه معلقه كبيره كريمه مانجا ويضاف إليه الكنافه ثم يضاف الشربات وبعد ذلك يضاف إليه الكريمة .وتزين بقطع المانجو.ويرش عليه كراميل أو عسل نحل.

1 kg Kunafa

1 cup mango juice

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons starch

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

A quarter cup of ghee

Mango cubes for decoration

2 medium cups of sugar for syrup

Caramel as desired

How to prepare

Chop the Kunafa well until it becomes smooth, add powdered sugar

Stir well, then add the ghee and stir well until the ghee melts in the Kunafa and place on a tray and put in the oven at medium heat and stir constantly until it turns golden.

Prepare the syrup 2 cups of sugar to a cup of water, half a lemon and vanilla and put on the fire until boiling and continue until it reaches a heavy consistency. Prepare the mango cream or mango sauce. Mix mango juice with two tablespoons of starch, two tablespoons of sugar, and 2 cups of milk. Place on the stove until it becomes creamy. Bring a cup and put a large spoon of mango cream in it. Add the kunafa, then add the syrup, then add the cream. Decorate with mango pieces. Sprinkle caramel or honey on it.
