What does "living a simple life" look like to you?
This is a question I have been pondering, following some recent comments on other videos and from chats with friends.
Though we will doubtless have many ideas in common, it will also be a very personal matter, with individual quirks.

As the season starts to turn into the best foraging time of year (imo), more preserves and pickles. This time, Hawthorn fruit leather, a great dried, fruity snack to keep in store.
