While replacing the rad on the MR2 and seeing all the rust under the bonnet, i couldnt leave it as it was.. something had to be done!
I used Bilt Hamber Products, as i have used them before with great results.
The Rust Killer is Called Bilt Hambers Deox Gel:

They also have some great rust inhibitors such as Dynax for treating the box sections etc. Have a look at their website for their extensive range of products. I have no affilaition to Bilt Hamber, just think they are great at what they do!

Oh i almost forgot, I used a Screwfix No-Nonsense product for the top coat, cheap, and seems to do the Job. However, i do like to use Hammerite spray, but i couldn't get hold of any, so got this stuff instead:

Good for the price and has a years gaurantee from the manufacturer, need i say more? will let you know how it all holds up.
