After China’s ICBM Launch, US Navy “Prepares” for War in Taiwan Strait | From The Frontline

The United States Navy’s Chief of Staff Admiral Lisa Franchetti has said that China is preparing for war and Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered his military to prepare to “invade” Taiwan by 2027. Admiral Franchetti has laid out a seven-point plan for the US Navy, that would prepare the forces to take on China in case of a showdown. This development comes at a time when China test-fired a ballistic missile into the South China Sea for the first time in decades. Xi Jinping has also requested Russian President Vladimir Putin to include Chinese troops in Russian drills. Xi wants this so that his troops can gain some experience from the battle-hardened Russian troops. Meanwhile, the United States is attempting to resurrect the QUAD to take on China. India, Japan and Australia have reaffirmed their commitment to QUAD and a rules based order in the South China Sea.
