Just a little comparison video I made to compare the new Ernie Ball cobalt slinky 5 string bass strings to the Ernie ball regular slinky 5 string bass strings I usually use. I had to see what was up with all the hype. So far, the cobalts do appear to be a little brighter and have a little more even volume and tone across all the strings. Not sure yet if they are worth the extra cost. Let's see long they stay "fresh" sounding. Thanks for watching! I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor ( / editor )
