Also, I apologize for such DISGUSTING quality. I really don't like it either, I'm trying to fix it. If you can help me with this, then I will be only glad. But I don't force you. I used OBS studio to record the video. No matter how many ways I tried to make good quality recordings in OBS studio, the quality still turns out terrible. I need another video recorder.
Or maybe it's all because of the CapCut video editor. Maybe CapCut degrades my quality that much. I don't know. CapCut makes the quality worse, I know that for sure, but the quality of the original recording also leaves much to be desired.
Edit: Okay, it seems like only at the beginning of the video the quality is bad, then it becomes normal.
