There's a reason why this dish was so popular years ago, and my recipe shows exactly why. Succulent chicken pieces and sliced mushrooms are cooked in a white wine sauce, with creamy mashed potato and carrot batons. This recipe not only looks and tastes great, but it couldn't be easier to make. This is a two part recipe. In part one start everything cooking. In part two we make the mash, finish everything off and serve.
