1937 Fiat Topolino Custom Coupe | Italian Hot Rod | Northwest Motorfest | Idaho’s Largest Car Show

On this episode, we’re burning rubber on our search for automotive jewels in the Gem State at Northwest Motorfest! One we didn’t expect to find, an Italian Hot Rod. This unique build was created from a 1937 Fiat Topolino Coupe and is unlike any other Rod we’ve seen. From the Zoomies popping out of its beefed up 350 powerplant to the wild flames flowing from front to back of its fiberglass body, this is one screamin’ custom Fiat. Check it out!

But first, Dennis couldn’t resist the 1954 Ocean Mist Green Buick Skylark we saw driving by. This beautiful convertible was only made for two years and came equipped with one of Buick’s first V8 engines, the 322 Nailhead. Then, a barn-find 1961 Plymouth Fury that’s ready for orbit. This space aged Mopar 2-Door looked like a custom from the factory, but with the exception of its Martian green color scheme and lowrider stance this one is mostly original! Next up, an absolutely insane Boise-built rat with a massive Blown Ford 460 truck motor towering above it. Even the rear tires sit higher than the body of this wild beast when it’s all the way down. It’s mean, loud and ready to annihilate a track. We wrap up with a rare Idaho gem that started as a diamond in the rough. This amazingly restored 1966 Mercury Monterey is a mild custom with an upgraded 428 Super Marauder, which now pushes more than 500 Horsepower!
