Feel free to use this video the next time you do an indoor treadmill or bike workout using your favourite device.
This 4km walk was filmed along the walking trails and streets of Cordeaux Heights, New South Wales, which is around 50 miles south of Sydney. The average speed is 5.7kph.
I was considering swapping the audio for music. But because it's so subjective, I figure it's best to let you decide what to play along with it.
I am planning to do more walks/runs etc in the near future. So please let me know if you have any suggestions for the channel, as I'd love to hear from you :)
