For years, CSEA Chapter 42 has raised the alarm. We’ve filed complaints, spoken at board meetings, submitted reports, and pleaded with district leadership to intervene. But instead of solutions, we’ve been met with silence—and worse, a willful disregard for the toxic, retaliatory culture festering within WUHSD’s management.

This isn’t just mismanagement—it’s abuse of power.

We are talking about intimidation, bullying, and retaliation against employees who dare to speak up… and in many cases, those employees are terminated. Good people. Dedicated professionals. Cast aside because they asked for fairness, dignity, and accountability.

This video is a message. A record. A call to conscience.
