genuinely didn't know how to tie all of these things I've been thinking about together other than the illusion of choice or "better" that is supposed to come along without economic system has actually only created a race to the bottom. We are consuming more & more unneeded goods that are lower and lower quality all to the benefit of a few. Decision driven only by profit will never be for the betterment of anyone but billionaires.
Also ironically both whole foods & siete are brand founded in Austin that I was such a huge fan of before the buy outs... everything I love disappears LOL.
